What is Polymyalgia Rheumatica? Polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) is a condition that causes pain, stiffness and inflammation in the muscles around the shoulders, neck and hips. The main symptom is muscle stiffness in the morning that lasts longer than 45 minutes. It may also cause other symptoms, including: extreme tiredness loss of appetite weight loss depression. 
The NHS recommend the following steps for treating tendonitis: The 4 steps known as RICE therapy for 2 to 3 days to help bring down swelling and support the injury: Rest – stop the exercise or activities that caused the injury until you feel better... 
Groin Strain - A groin strain is a tear or rupture to any one of the adductor muscles resulting pain in the inner thigh. Groin injuries can range from very mild to very severe injuries that are completely debilitating. Initial treatment involves protection, rest, ice and compression during the early acute stage. Traditional treatment would then involve a lengthy rehabilitation and strengthening program normally offered by a physiotherapist.
